Does this occur when cold? I have found that once things have come up to operating temp things begin to work correctly.
Check your clutch resivoir, is it clear? If not try the Ranger Method, do a search on this forum.
A trans fluid change may help. i like Amsoil Torque Drive trans fluid. Do a search on this forum.
A shift alignment may help as well. Do a search on this forum.
