Ill check the MAF and wiring out again, and see what I find. I did notice when I left for lunch while the car was cold it seemed to run pretty well, and once up closer to normal temp the hesitation cam back. Still knocks down about 29-30mpg at 65 on the interstate though.
You didnt say what kind of wires that you have,,, How old are they and what condition are they in. You stated that you checked them.
Use an ohm meter and measure the resistance of each wire end to end. Depending on what wires you have, the resistance could be any where between 200 Ohms to 2000 Ohms. (Oem wires range from 250-750 Ohms. Normal average is 300-350 ohms)
As long as all of them are pretty much the same, and the boots and jackes and metal connections inside the boots are in good condition and they are properly connected, you can discount the wires.
