It's easy to access the PCM, so you might have a look and see. You can also remove the battery, then the battery tray (4 bolts) and have a look at the wiring.

Pulled battery and tray out, PCM is down to low to see, so I vacuumed out some of the dirt and cleaned the area. I pulled all the electrical connection's I can see up top, cleaned them and added some dielectric greas around the rubber gasket to further assist the sealing process.. I am at a loss. I dont see how it starts and idles smooth then as soon as I put a load on it, gently take off it starts to skip (that is what it is doing a bog or a skip call it what you will) I would say reduced power but when I step on it it clears up. She throw's the 0300 constantly I clear it and it is good.. It will throw a 0152 code, and other random codes that it never threw before the rain storm. So I will call a shop on monday and see what they can do. I am obviously not a mechanic. All I know is it puts itself in a closed loop and I have to clear a code to get her to run straight. I think you are right nd the PCM is the culprit. I contacted Chris at ECS and I am waiting his reply.
You need to find which cylinder(s) are misfiriing, the DIC is not enough to do this.
Here is where it gets tricky. When I start it there is no skip. Idle will run a bit rougher when the CE light comes on and the smell of unburnt gas is more prominate.
Could a bad lifter do this?
