definitely get the gm steel gaskets that jw recommeded... the gaskets supplied with most longtube setups are cheap garbage

ordered a pair from gmpartsdirect.com since they are in NC I was figuring it would be the quickest option without spending $25+ on quicker shipping for 2 gaskets. Also the link that was posted wouldn't let me check out, I kept having issues with the site.

I had the the same problem after I did my headers install. I would fire up the car and it had a rough idle, I would rev the car up to 2k-3k and once it would get down to 500 it would slowly shut down. I finally turned the car on and let it idle for about 30 minutes. The car ended up driving fine after that and the problem was fixed. The other thing I noticed is I need to let the car warm up for about 5 minutes every morning so I dont get a surging idle. After the car is warmed up it drives fine.
