Anyone local to Auburn able to assist with curing wind noise?
I'd rather not throw 2 hours of labor at the dealer
I've tried the adjustments I can reach without pulling off the door skin.

I'll supply the bottle of scotch (you can keep it too!)

window attaches to the reg. with 2 bolts/clamps, front/rear.........

The cable pulleys attach at 4 points, then you have the 10-15 C5 window/targa seals that are starting to rot/tear/etc.

I'd pull the door panel and start with the window glass clamps

Did the noise start all of a sudden, or have you replaced you regulator recently?

There are two rubber plugs underneath the door that you can remove. Inside is a screw to adjust the window. They are an E8 (reverse torx) I believe.

It has been going on since I bought the car last summer. It has gotten worse in my opinion, probably from dumb friends grabbing onto the window to shut the door. I have tried those adjustments with a little benefit.

Being in a apartment complex and studying full time for a doctorate precludes doing much more than that on my own time.
