Help finding a Comp 224 cam
Hi, I haven't posted much because my car has been in storage for 4 years. I had a lifter blow up and parked the car. I'm now getting it repaired, but the cam is trash.
I'm looking for a new Comp cam 224/224 .581/.581 114. I can't find it in their catalog now. I need a new cam and lifter set and wanted to go back with the same thing so hopefully the tune will still be right.
Also, what lifters do y'all recommend?
My other mods are below.
99 Coupe
RPM 2800 Torque Converter
RPM Stage 4 Automatic Transmission
SLP underdrive pulley with gatorback belts
SVO 30# injectors
Hypertech 160 thermostat
Comp cams 7.4 chromoly pushrods
Comp cam 224/224 .581/.581 114
Patriot Stage 2 LS6 heads with 64cc
SLP double timing chain
NGK TR6IX plugs
SLP LS6 ported oil pump
Magnecor Wires
Abs of Steel (coated) from Elite Engineering
LG Street Series headers and x-pipe (locally coated)
Borla Stinger Exhaust
SLP LS6 Intake
Donaldson Blackwing with Icebox

if you have the specs you can just order it directly from comp and it might even be a bit cheaper... I see a lot of people using factory ls7 lifters
