Default Which exhaust do I get ? torn !

03 c5 z06 ... I am going to do LTs / HF cats , and an exhaust..

I like the sound of the corsa, the B&B bullets, and the SLP loudmouth.

I like the price and sound of the bullets and SLP, the exotic sound of the corsa...

I watched numerous youtube videos and am still torn...

oh I did notice all the SLP videos the tips are like lopsided? is that a problem with the SLP exhausts?

i kept my quiet mufflers and added cutouts for cheaper. smooth cruising (and going into stealth/sleeper mode) when i want to behave or talk to my wife, and straight pipes when i feel like being a little obnoxious

I traded my bullets even for Tis and I definitely got the better end of the deal. They are cheaper, save a buttload of weight and are no hindrance to performance.

I got the Corsa Xtremes. They are fairly light and best sounding exhaust out there IMHO. I get nothing but compliments. I changed out my almost brand new Magnaflow 16732's and do not regret it one bit. The Magnaflows were nice but a little too quiet for my taste.

As others have stated, you can keep your OEM TI's and do the bypass mod but it doesn't look like that is what you're after. Yes, they are light but now you're faced with finding someone who can properly weld titanium. It is very difficult to do properly and you may end up ruining them. Also, the OEM tips do not do the C5 justice IMHO.

Try just adding the LT's and X-Pipe and leave the original Ti exhaust on and see what you think. The headers really wake the Ti's up. If you want it to be noisy at idle, then this isn't your best bet. If you want it somewhat quiet, yet still want people to know your there, but want it to roar when you romp on it the Ti's are perfect with LT's. Maybe start with that and then choose the mufflers.

I run long tubes with no cats through the stock Ti.

No point, IMO, spending money on the tail end of the exhaust. Car is plenty loud through the stock system, sounds great, and you aren't going to pick up very many ponies, if any, changing it.

If that still isn't loud enough for you, can always do the bypass mod.

Have you considered OBX?
. Hard to beat the price. They also fit well, and seem to last well.

My description is my opinion but here goes. The Extremes are more low tone muscle car sounding and to me louder. The Pace Cars are more of an exotic screaming kind of sound. They are mellow with great tone with no drone. When you nail the gas they wake up with an awesome noise. Look at the Corsa website. I think they have clips of them all. YouTube also has lot's of clips. Look at every brand and every model. One mans music is another mans noise.

I loved my Corsa Pace car but after I changed the cam, heads and added headers it was so loud that I was going to get a ticket at some point. As long as you keep the engine stock with manifolds, the Corsa sound good but I would not go that route if you plan to mod the engine.

GHL Bullets. No question. Best sound with zero drone.

Yeah I have been watching tons of youtube videos...

I had a c6z with Corsas on it and they only made 1 style and im pretty sure it was more toward the extreme side than the other models.

will all bullet exhuasts sound essentially the same ? ?
