No, my point is that a inch taller tire will not change the rpm OR the speedo reading. The speedometer does not read actual vehicle speed - it calculates it from the rpm of the drive train, assuming standard tire/wheel sizes. So, with bigger wheels/tires the speedo will still read the same as if the tires were stock sizes.

after 6th gear at 78 is 1450
before I know by GPS the speedo was perfect
after the speedo at 78 GPS car reads 76 mph
