Default Help with Vacuum Lines?

I have a few pics of unidentified parts and lines that I need help with. I have a 1998 C5 that I have done the head and cam swap and now putting the thing back together and do not know what these part do or what hooks up to them. PIC 1
comes off of the intake manifold and goes to this piece which in turn connects to the piece in pic number 2 which is powered.
PIC 2 is the piece that i'm not sure what it is or where the two ports connect too. One is a rubber elbow that looks identical to the vacuum line size that is used on the back of the intake for the A/C controls. Port #2 is on the right side of this thing and not sure if anything goes to it or not. You can see it better in pic #3.
And lastly what does this nipple coming off of the fuel rail connect too in Pic #4
Thanks for the help in advance, this is the last steps of a 4 month process of doing a complete overhaul on my C5.
Thanks, Chad.

In pic 4 that is the fuel pressure regulator and it should have a vacuum line to that nipple from the intake manifold.

The rubber 90 deg elbow fitting on that regulator is suppose to be vented to atmosphere just like it is in the picture. In 98 the fuel press regulator referenced off of a fitting attached to the air bridge. There is a up-grade kit to T it in to a fitting of the vacuum port on the intake. The kit gives it a better reference signal.

Several of the items you are dealing with are specific to the '97 and '98 cars ONLY. The items you are asking about relate both to the emission control system and fuel pressure regulator mounted on the fuel rail. AGAIN, a number of these items are '97/'98 specific.

Here's a couple pics of the OE setup.

NOTE: Item #19 in the first picture is the SAME piece as item #578 in the second picture and item #7 in the third picture. It is the fuel pressure vacuum reference line Bill spoke of and normally attaches to a hole in the left side of the OE air bridge (see picture #3).
