Sorry, but it might help if we had some idea of what you are talking about.
And punctuation helps too.
Can you explain your problem any more clearly?

When you say the driver side is blowing cold and warm air, what do you mean? It can't do both at the same time. Do you mean that the air coming out of the driver's side vent is not as cold as the passenger side air? That could mean you are low on freon and the system needs to be recharged.
Have you pulled any codes from the DIC?

OK. The A/C will blow cold air and then it will start to get warm and then get cold again on drivers side. Pass. side is blowing cold air. Did not get any codes.

If you pulled the codes using the dic and did not get any hvac codes for the actuators then the problem is a low charge. You must use the dic as scanners will not pick up these codes. This problem commonly reported in the C5 and a proper recharge usually fixes the issue. You may have a slow leak and that will be repaired.

The air temperature that comes out of the vents is controlled by an ELECTRIC CONTROLLER! One for the passengers side and one for the drivers side:

If the controller is NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, the temp out of the vent/s will be wrong.

The electric controller moves a FLAP inside the air box that either covers the heater coil output of the AC coil (evaporator) output) or somewhere in the middle for warm air.

OR

If the Freon Level is LOW, it can ALSO cause one side to be warmer than the other.

Is the compressor clutch CYCLING ON & OFF when you have the AC ON?? It should NOT be!

The air out the drivers side will blow cool and then warm and cool again. Compressor is not cycling on and off.

Its changing because ONE of the above listed things are causing it. You neeed to figure out what one it is.

1. Check the R-134 Charge
2. Read and Post the DTCs If its an actuator, it should pop a DTC

Here is another link that describes how to pull codes using the dic. http://www.stengel.net/diccodes.htm
If you have codes for the actuators one or both will need to be replaced. The codes will indicate which one, likely driver side given your description of the problem. Due to the design of the C5 evaporator it is very common for the passenger side to be cold and still have a low charge. The passenger side will be cold until the charge get low enough to start cycling the compressor off.
