Both my o2 sensors threw codes of p134 and p15x of no activity, usually happens right after warm up when it tries to go closed loop. I can clear the code and get it working and it can go days without a issue and then it can happen every time I start, random issue. I replaced the o2 sensors, didn't seem to work, checked under the hood for the fuses and found the fuse had popped. Replaced it, issue went away for a few days, but has resurfaced. I have went under to check wires and there are o issues, however I do see this.
Driver side
This is what it is on the passenger
Unburnt
I don't know what this is , or if it causing the issue.
This is how the left and right front O2 sensor and it connector should look like .On your first photo it seems like something has melted .
Which fuse popped?
DTC P0134 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 1 indicates
problems with front O2 sensor drivers side .

those look like your rear O2 sensor plugs, obviously both are not connected at all. Check to see if your ground wire is still attached, on the driver side is a pretty thick ground that attaches to the engine, that is the ground for the o2 sensors. With the looks of that melted plug, you might have a missing ground causing the issue.

The rears have been deleted, but my ground wire on the drivers side it burned through and frayed, didn't think much of it. But if that's for o2 sensor then that's my problem. And the o2 sensor fuse under the hood is the one the melted

There you go, get the ground wire fixed and then see what's happening.

Do you have a close up on where your ground strap goes, mine is burned through and I dont see the end that's none frame side

Any pics on where ground wire goes, all I have is the end where it connects to frame
The O2 sensors groundleads are spliced together with fuelpumpe relay and engine oil sensor in a splicepack SP122 . This splicepack is connected to groundpoint G105 (engine ground).
Here is another thread showing more info and pictures of this splicepack SP122

Behind the battery and its taped to a large wiring harness. Its a small square plastic box that looks exactly like a ground connector (ie G-101 or G-102) but without the metal grounding tab.
