Ok, I have a question for you.....What jacking points did you use to get the car high enough to get the jack stands underneath? Thanks
I used the front and rear sub frames, using the spreader on the floor jack definitely gave me the ability to get the car up higher, one thing I learned while doing this is you want it up there, but if you go too high then you will have issues with your jacks not reaching.
I also used a furniture dolly with a jack stand to support the drivetrain at various points.
Well today was her first test drive, I’m so impressed with how much smoother the car drives, my car was always bucking and just not the pleasure to drive like it was in the past, of course after seeing my torque tube it was obvious why, this project was not nearly as difficult as I thought it would be and my advice to all would be don’t sell yourself short, take your time and there is little we can’t do when we put our mind to it.
Again many thanks to all that offered advice, I really appreciate the input
