So after a bit of research, I think it’s the clutch bleeder line. Can anyone confirm?

I would say yes it's probably a speed bleeder line.

Clutch bleeder, that's where I routed mine to as well.

That plug looks like it is for the under hood light. Probably got unplugged doing the cold air intake.
