Bypass
Hello, is anyone using this? Would make it a little cleaner then the hose clamp style, just not sure if the engine requires the connection to the radiator. Thanks, this forum is invaluable!

The part that you are showing is used on 2001-2004 engines to ADD the steam cross over pluming at the rear of the engine. The 2001-2004 engines eliminated that crossover and steam vent at the rear of the engine.
It is NOT a Throttle Body By PASS!!
Here is a picture that shows the lack of steam vents on the rear of the late model engines. You can see the small BLOCK OFF PLUG at the back of the engine on the head:
