I remember you mentioned cleaning the radiator but did you clean out the condenser as well?... those get equally as dirty and with a setup like yours you really shouldn't have any cooling issues with the stock stuff... do you still have the air dam on the front bumper?
i got a air dam from the aa kit attached really it only spikes when the a/c is on past 3 bars …that radiator looks tore up from the floor up can’t really say anything better about the a/c condenser also …..
I know it’s gonna cost but the bigger aluminum radiator with bigger ports and more coolant is gonna be beneficial to coolant temps , lots of tlc
oh I found a broken hood light ground wire to just banging away at the sway bar bolts ….thinking I found why it spazzing out sometimes …cut and tape that sucker
managed to score a deal on the radiator dewitts direct fit for 529 after tax shipped to my door couldn’t see a know off who knows what metal for 350 or even the stocker prob for 200 …anyways I’ll be searching some hoses as the original are worn out at the ends and grab a few new spring clamps from the dealer ….see what I can do after about the ac condenser

Still debating on picking up a new a/c pump and condenser package …and then if I’m going that far I might as well fix the power steering pump , and get all my goodies in there like a new cam , the timing ls3 set , new oil pan seal the batwing style , already had to drop the sway bar just getting the fan out to remove the radiator 1 alt later and we are like half way there ya ?

Speedy, I'm in Michigan. Don't know how ya feel about buying stuff off CL, but there's a guy selling a brand new C5 AC/Delco compressor, with a new set of bolts, new tensioner, and new belt, all new, for $300 on CL in Detroit Metro area. FYI, and good luck.....

I edited my post to include the rest of the parts. If you do contact the seller, I don't know who the guy, or girl, is. I live about 90 miles N. of Detroit, and don't know anything about the stuff. It just caught my eye, and price seems pretty reasonable to me.I know the stock compressor alone is a lot more than $300. Just be careful, as I said, I know nothing about this stuff, or the seller.....

So the radiator I ordered is technically by AA corvette and is a dual flow 2.5 inch core with the option for the trans cooler built in for autos so don’t look like we will be using that small portion of its hook ups ….and I’ve been told by AA previously that they no longer produced them that they would just order from dewitts…so I am sure 99% I got one of the last AA ever actually made …to be 100% will see the box and stamps when it arrives ….picking up the dewitts fan / shroud thing with the 3200 cfm dual fan and storing the stock fans away ….I believe it’s a plug and play ordeal so won’t be a issue wiring or setting up in the tune .
