Default Identify switch
What is the purpose of this switch on the console? It has three positions. Position two and three emits a recording that I can’t make out.

Here is the switch.

My plan is to use it (to go back in time) to bet on Powerball (Nov. 2022) when the jackpot was $2.04 billion.

A friend had a similar switch for a laser jammer he had on his car. Not saying it is that on your car.
Best thing to do is take things apart and trace the wires..

When I got the car it was wired for some sort of laser detector.

The bad news is if you remove you will need to get a new console lid and if you keep it you'll be explaining to every knucklehead what it is.
