Default Headlight issue
My 04 c5 has an issue with the headlight on the left. It comes up OK but when I turn it off it flips up and down several times then will not close completely.

Probably the gear inside the motor has failed. A search (in either C5 Gen or C5 Tech) should yield some last discussions on this topic.

mine did the same thing. was the white chicklet tabs worn out
