Nick

Can you post a few pic's of an installed set of Kooks headers and maybe show an aspect shot of how the bottom of the header and collector sits with respect to the bottom door sills. I have never seen your headers installed and I am sure there are others that are VERY interested like me and would like to see some photos!

Thanks!!

Hi Nick,

I've been on the fence so far trying to decide between the LG longtube headers and your Kooks. I've already been to Vettetech in Long Island, NY and they recommended the kooks. Hearing that your header's cats have a built in heat shield is of great relief to me since I do not want any excess heat or discomfort when I do have my headers installed. Its good to know about the lifetime warranty you offer which I think has put me over the edge on what headers I'm going to install. Thanks Nick for the info.

I just got my car back from the shop on Friday, Kooks LT headers installed, and there is no clearance problem at all. They are tucked up just like the stock system above the frame.

As for the headers, the performance is great and the sound is aggressive, just like I like it.

Under normal street driving conditions, there is a slightly more throaty sound, but not at all annoying.

If you get on the gas, the sound goes up significantly, much more agressive sounding.

If you go WOT, you can really hear and feel the power!
