David,
It seems some fellows here have the color thing totally figured out, and believe some of us clearly do not have a clue....
Many of the people here have stated very strongly on just how clueless I am...
Ah the happy wanderer......

I would really love to see a picture of the 68 L89 sitting next to the Tractor. That would look awsome.

Hey and "Get a life"...got one... How is yours.
I have not purchased a C6 for the color reason only.

My interest in the statement was to see if anyone else out there felt the same as I. Not so far I see.
But I was looking at a post that this fellow has with a poll on what color to get????????..just my opinion that a color on a sports car should grab you. Ya should not need to poll other people.
None of the current ones do it for me...simple.

some of the C6 colors that grab me:
Victory Red
Daytona Sunset Orange
Velocity Yellow
In my opinion, there is no need for the Corvette colors to look like a bag of skittles.

Usually the tractor pulls the plow, so how did the plow get in the way of the tractor?

I'm not pulling the trigger on a new tractor until the John Deere quits polling housewives on what shade to use and produces a tractor that POPS! The tractors for the last 10-20 years have just been an a$$-ugly shade of green....not for me. Too boring.
Give me a candyapple-green, or the mother of all greens...Kermit.
Until then, I'm sticking with my Scag.

Two points....
1) I haven't seen anyone 'dissing' Precision Red. I liked the color and wish I would have hopped on it when I had the chance.
2) To 'dude', I think you are misreading things. Most of things written here have been done with tongue planted firmly in cheek. Give it a rest, eh?

Another Yellow -
I agree with you, I am very impressed with the tech improvements of the 6 - I have never regreted or have been dissapointed in any vette purchase I have made in the past 33 years, my wife and I have ALLWAYS owned at least one during 33 years of marital bliss!! I am a very loyal GM & Corvette buyer, as was my father. I do have some other small issues regarding certain cosmetic choices of materials they have chose for the C6, and other minor things, but I am afraid if I were to start that thread, some of these guys heads would just EXPLODE!!!...
