Default Every Day Car- or Just For Fun Car?

Just wondering how many of you have a Vette as your "every day car" vs. a "just for fun car'.

Our C6 is an every day car but my husband only works about 1 mile from work - so it doesn't get a ton of miles put on it.

It's an '05 and we've only got 11,000 miles on it.

It's just for fun. I'm fortunate to have a company car with all expenses paid, even personal miles.

Both. I drive it to work every day (20 mile RT) and cruise with it on weekends. I bought it to drive not to polish and stare at (although I do some of that too. ) Two years old this month with 16K miles.

Gets driven same as my other cars. Depends which one is parked in front of garage, and which I feel like driving that day. Meant to be driven.

I bought mine just for fun, but it's been so much fun that the WRX almost never gets driven. 8,500 miles on my '07 since April.

All our previous Vette's were every day car's. Wife and I worked in opposite directions. We would switch off who drove what, but the Vette's were DD.

We're both retired, but our '08 will be used as much as possible. We bought it to drive and enjoy and not to just look at it parked in the garage. This car was designed to run, not sit.

If we need to haul stuff or if the weather is terrible, we'll use the HHR.

Drive it !

I used my 05 mainly for road trips. Will do the same with the 08 when I get it.

Use mine as a DD. I got the 05 used One year ago this week. Ive put 20,000 miles on it in a year. I'll drive it year round as long as the winter roads are clear. But, I do take care of it. We had a cruise noght here recently and I took her downtown. Nobody could believe it has 30,000 total miles on it. still looks like new. Sounds awesome too btw with headers and Corsa

Mine was a daily driver in VA (Williamsburg), but not in CO when the snow starts to fly.

Default Bought it to drive!

Mine is a daily fun driver. I wouldn't want to drive anything else to work, so the Vette it is!

Daily Driver for me, although I'll probably put only about 6,000 to 8,000 miles a year on my 06 C6. I did put 19,000+ on my 05 C6.
