Usually between 1/2 and 1/4. It would make sense that it would be a little quicker the emptier the tank due to less weight but it would take a time slip to show it.
Normally when it hits 1/4, I'm filling up. I made the mistake of leaving work yesterday and on the way home, I heard a noise but never looked at the DIC. A little farther down the road I looked down and saw "Low Fuel" and started to sweat it. I remember reading on here that it comes on around 10% left. At least that's what MY brain remembered. I figured I was good for at least another 30 miles which would have gotten me home but I found a gas station and whipped in. Whew! That last little bit goes quick.

I fill up weekly or when the tank is at 1/2. I work at a hospital; we are not supposed to let the gas tank go below 1/2, so we can respond in the event of an emergency.

I don't let it go below 1/4 around town, but on a trip out of state I had the low level warning come on a couple times. If you are on major interstate and there are a lot of stations I find myself looking for the best posted prices on the billboards, even if I have to stretch it.
