My first drive was a few months ago, about 8 weeks before I bought my car. Drove the 6MT first, then the AT6 about a week later. My god, my god..... 
After that, I got in my existing car and just went ......"meh"
Got the 'Vette a few weeks later.

It was my brother's '70 black convertible and I was 21 or so. I loved the look and driving for short trips but it was pretty beat-up and rode like a haywagon on any bumpy roads. C6 is so much better!

I drove my dad's 1984 Auto when I was 15 in 1996 - I was 6'5" at the time, so we both figured that we could beat the law for a couple of miles.
Little did he know that I copied his keys for more than a few joyrides when I was 16 and 17!
I finally bought my own when I was 23... My old '88 35th Anniversary Edition was the very first car I bought with my own money. My dad still has that '84 (and I still haven't told him about my grand theft auto escapades!
) Now, I'm on my third Vette and saving up for my fourth to add to the stable! Since I was brought home from the hospital when I was born in a 1981 Coupe, I figure that I've got the Corvette bug for life!

April 2007 I drove an '07 A6 coupe (test drive). Then I had an '07 MN6 coupe a week later (purchase). I was 49 years old. I wanted to get a Vette before I turned 50.

My dad had '76, '79 and '82 that I only was able to stare at! It wasn't until I was 22 that I was able to drive his red 1990. I thought that moved until I test drove an '08 back in March. I bought my '08 a week after that test drive and was 39 yrs old.

In 2006 at age 59: local dealer demo MN6 Vert, before ordering same from Tommy Jr. at MacMulkins for Museum Delivery. The local South Florida dealer threw me out of his store when I showed him my GSU certificate.

The first I drove was a co-workers 1980 model with California emissions. It felt cool sitting in the driver seat. Then I started it up...and was very dissapointed in how slow that car was. It was a real dog!

Drove a lot of muscle in my younger years, Pontiac GTO, Buick GS, Olds 442, but did not own.
Owned a '67 Camero with 300 HP, 327 in high school. I was a senior.
But the "cherry on top" came in 1997 when I drove my friends '91 Coupe.
In 1999 I purchased a 1992 Coupe.
