The F-55 option is better for driving on not so perfect roads that are torn up. It will also keep all 4 wheels planted to ground sort of like a safety feature and be smoother riding on bad roads.
The Z-51 if it has the original factory performance tires they will wear out alot faster. Ride will be more jaring but this set up is more for the track than real world roads. Z-51 will have trans cooler with cross drilled rotors if factory stock condition and different gearing.
It will depend what you will use car for.

Congrats!

Be sure to check with your dealer about the recent recall (#100118) for Active Handling system. I believe the '05 VIN range is 55100001 thru 55137341 cars with the N37 (telescoping steering wheel) option code. The fix is a clip and is very quick.

Best of luck!
