It's a great organization to support!!!
But the best reason that I enjoy being a member is that you must be an NCM member to attend the HPDE's they put on several times a year around the country.
The annual HPDE at VIR the end of June is a fantastic track event!!!!
You get to let the beast loose on the track along with about 200 other Vettes, and you meet many other forum members.
Watch for an announcement in Feb as to when registration will open for the VIR event (probably early March).
C'ya at the track!!!

I am a lifetime member. Been a member since 1993 (before the museum was actually built and was in a strip mall annex in BG). It only had two cars then.

Member? Yes. Can't imagine not being a member of this great promoter of the Corvette image. I've made some awesome friends at museum events.

Been a NCM member for years. Made a Vette pick up there in 05 and took part in two of their ocean cruises.

Joined shortly after I bought the car last year. Figured I would never visit the museum but it was a worthy cause. Fast forward 6 months or so and I found myself heading to Nashville for work. Spent an extra day and went to the museum. What a great job they do there! The place is incredible.

It's tough to imagine that anyone who's been to the museum wouldn't choose to become a member. Everything about it is first-rate and the people who run it do an incredible job. It's a really proud feeling to be affiliated with it IMO.
