Thanks, very helpful.

Rather than blowing a smart fuse, I bought one on eBay for about $20. It has worked well and I didn't get junk in my eyes like I did with adding the transmission mounted unit to our CTS-V. Much easier.

I have the skip shift eliminator that I used on my 2008 Z06. Can that be used on my C7?

I installed the CAGS eliminator in the first month I owned the car. It takes 1 minute once you get the car lifted and has been trouble free ever since. Best $20 I've spent.

Use the fuse. You don't have to lift the car and you don't have any additional hardware attachments - plus it's 1/10th the cost of a CAGS eliminator.

The version that plugs directly into the lockout solenoid is reported to work with the C7.
