" if it fails on the highway a truck will hit you and you will die "
seriously, you jest. I'm almost inclined to believe that statement because today people will say anything to cover their ***.

Isn't that something that you can change with your tune? I have HP on my car and there are option in there to control the relationship between the petal and the throttle body.
I'm interested in getting one of these, but not if I can just change the settings in my tune and save some money.
Yes u can but then u are stuck with just one setting . With the controller you gain the ablity to adjust it on the fly
I mean, that's cool, yea, but if I can do it in the tune I'll save my money as it only takes like ten minutes to swap tunes and my car is essentially just a race car at this point.

Yes this was just one of the statements made by the people who decided to Bash the controler ....
My feelings are this , it's not for everyone and if you don't like it then just don't buy it .
No need to post urban legends and false statements lol lol

This is something a tune can not do. Only this or a Cow Boost can touch this part of the computer. It is a must. You will love it.
went to their web site and it checks out ok. but i think i would feel better with the cow man and his tune. maybe one day come spring i'll take a run up there to have it done.
I got one for Christmas and it’s the most noticeable mod I got so far.
My car is not stock…headers, SLP LM, cam, heads, ported TB , intake, tune etc… but Vitesse woke my car up. I keep at setting 7. ..at 9 tires are spinning
Love this thing.
Maybe for a stock car it'll make you "feel faster" but in an actual high powered car the last thing you want is barely tapping the gas, a full wham of power, and now you've ignited your tires loose.
I agree I had a trans tune, engine tune and cow boost done, also a 342 rear installed. It takes about a week to get use to it. At first it is a little scary, but you will get use to it and love it. It's funny now I want it turned up. Go for it.

I agree I felt more comfortable having it done inside the computer. I have never heard anyone having a problem with cow booster. Either way it is a must have. If you go for cow booster Chuck will let you drive and adjust as you go. Just take your time and adjust your right foot. I am sure you will say why did GM do this.
On sunday when I installed this it was pouring rain. So with wet streets I was careful. But could tell a difference no doubt. Today went out no rain dry streets and I was not so careful. This Vitesse Throttle Controller is the real deal. It makes the car faster for the simple reason that you are not waiting for power to kick in. It is instant with this mod. Thank you Vitesse I am 100% satisfied.
Supposedly camaros are having problems with the VTC but not our Vettes.
If you're referring to the cherry-picked posts Chuck CoW posted, I read through them and looked like most of the problems were user calibration problems. Looked like 1 might have been an actual control unit failure. The car went into reduced power mode, which is the default response to a faulty TC signal reading, I believe. Of course Chuck is claiming you will die if you install the Vitesse.
Unplug the unit and plug the stock harness directly back into the throttle and you're up and running.
