Tomorrow I may park on the third spot from the right and see if that person parks next to me.

It is a free nation and folks are free to park wherever s/he chooses. No damage was done or malice parking like in the yt video. I wasn't bothered by it just wanted to know why when there are plenty of parking places. Oh well, better things to worry about.

I have no problem keying a car, parked next to me like that, and it doesn't have to be my Vette either. When someone wants to park next to me like a "smartass" I'll give them something to talk about!!

So let me see, you parked way out away from normal parking in the second spot, leaving both side of your Vette exposed to possible damage. You backed in and then along a truck and also backs in in the first spot. First off I would say the driver of the truck has a lot of pride in his ride and though gee look, I have a spot with a Corvette protecting right side. Next with the driver backing in most likely he was the only one in the truck, so no harm no foul. Was you car damaged? If not what are you bitching about. Life is short there are a lot more issue in life to worry about. As stated free country people can park were ever they like.

2020 C6 of the Year Winner - Modified
I was getting out of my car the other morning in our parking garage and had a guy in a Range Rover honk at me and ask me to hurry up so he could try to back in next to me while he held up 9 (yes 9) cars on the ramp to the garage. All the while nearly the entire garage was empty & he had his choice of about 100 other spots.

Just watched the staged video. I want my click back. No one with two functioning brain cells parks their convertible with the top down for longer than it takes to pick up a lottery ticket at the convenience store.

Actually the other guy parked in a great spot. He doesn’t have to worry about a vehicle on each side dinging him. Only one vehicle to worry about and it’s your Vette, and he’s sure your going to be careful opening your door.

His driver door is away from the Vette so I'm sure there's no problem.
