I spent about an hour driving with my 3 yr old son a few days ago and couldn't be happier with the throttle body. No hesitations or any negative driving experiences from it at all. I know that Mike mentioned that this was a test run for the TB but honestly I'd be beyond impressed if he can find a way to improve on what he's already done. The ONLY way I'm removing it is if he somehow comes up with something better otherwise this will be the TB i recommend to anyone. Mike i cannot thank you enough for letting me try it, great job!

Beef, everyone seems to like them, even the TB (the very same s/n) that did badly with one tester, did very well for another tester. That's 5 for 5. Airflow wise at the flow bench, it outperforms the competition by a good margin. We'll present the data soon. It all points to keep it the way it is. In fact, they are for sale right now, the same configuration that was tested by you and others here.
Thank you very much to each and every one of you.

I'm still available when you want to test them on the 08 models.

After having all my time taken up trying to save my business, I finally finished my P&P on my stock TB. My plan is to switch out this weekend and hopefully I'll feel a marginal difference. The way you use cad/cams to identify turbulence and change airflow at the areas you want makes me think and feel it shoulld outperform. Hopefully by next weekend I'll have some Data Log Files with my handy work to compare.

From the beginning Mike, I said I would be fair and unbiased. To be honest there is a slight difference between my P&P and your TB. If I would have not driven for a month everyday I would not have noticed, I only have the slightest deviation that I can feel. There is a slight, very slight hesitation going from normal to mashing WOT, once that passes it is very similar. Now being a machinist with my own Aerospace machine shop and a long time gear head I may have a slight edge on the everyday Vette owner. With that being said if you trust your skills with a burr gun, I would say go for it, the difference is negligible. However, just know that if you mess the seal up at closed position you are going to have problems. If you arent the type to put a grinder to your TB then for sure buy one, I definitely recommend Mike's work, it will probably be the most consistent TB to TB, he does very nice work and uses flow models to pinpoint area gains. The SOTP feeling is well worth the upgrade from stock, be it your work (if you know what your doing) or a pros. I will put Mike's TB back on because if nothing else it looks awesome even though no one will see it. I'll get your data log Saturday, again great safe product, I will give my thumbs up.

I just ordered the TB and the controller. Paid for the controller 99$ and went with the core exchange option (125$ credit when I return my oem TB). Can’t wait to get my hands on it. Keep you posted on customer service and shipping. I’ll also post a review from a paying customer point of view. Cheers!

More input for anyone thinking about purchasing one of these TB. The more I drive the car, the better it runs!!!! This thing is snappy now and truly worth the mod. I highly recommend and Thanks Mike for a Great Product.

I installed a Soler TB about a week ago and it has made a definite improvement. I already had a pedal commander installed. I did the core exchange, shipping was fast and the core refund even faster.

Soler Performance LLC, is looking for C6 owners in the continental US willing to try our modified throttle body. Free of charge, yours to keep and also ships free. Only need your honest feedback in return, good or bad. If you have HP tuners is a big plus, and we'd be grateful if you send us a log along with your comments.
These TB's are for 2009-2013 C6's, and we need one LS3 Manual, one LS7 Manual, and one LS7 automatic.
Please reply to this thread with your car specs if you’d like to participate. Include relevant mods and data logging/streaming/diagnostic capabilities if you have any. IM is okay, but prefer posts for visibility.
Important Note: Although we don’t anticipate any issues, this product has not been fully tested, use at your own risk in a safe place and manner. It may take another round or two of refinements, depending on results, in the end, you'll have a TB you love and we'll have a verified design that works well. You can always post at any time you'd like but understand that the review of the final product is what counts, this is only the beta version.
We have been very successful with the LT1/LT4/LT5, and have applied the same formula to the LS3/LS7. This design includes; sonic flow nozzles, shaftless high-pressure side, and a very smooth surface finish, plus with the aid of some other cuts, we were able to take it from 90mm to 95mm effective flow area.
Thank you for your help!

If you are in the market at all for a throttle body, don't waste your time looking around. I just sold my new Katech TB at a loss because I'll never use it again. The Soler tb simply cannot be beat. PM me if you have any questions about it, i'll be happy to help you out.
