Absolutely. They are pretty rock-solid stable when used correctly. They have built-in locking arms that keep them from lowering before you want it to - not just relying on hydraulics to hold the car up...
I've used jack stands for years, and while I mostly trust them, they always feel a TAD sketchy. Not so with the quickjack. I have zero worry being underneath them.
I had to adjust my exhaust tips while I had the car up in the air and I did not use jack stands as the car was very secure and sturdy. Let's say I was maybe doing the complete exhaust install, I would probably use jack stands for peace of mind but to be honest I do not believe they would be necessary.
My car is up right now as I was removing my wheels in order to bring to a shop to rebalance. I was hoping to address a slight shake when going about 80 on the highway.
It's a lot easier to pull all four wheels at once. It was then I saw a broken wheel stud. Hmm maybe that was what was causing the slight shake.

To add to the above, each one of the QJ units is pretty heavy. I'd say any part of the QJ lift is beefier than the typical jack stand. Jack stands seem sketchy at their highest level and the QJ is solid at the higher level it provides. As long as the car is lifted up to and resting on one of the two stop levels, I think it's plenty safe alone. On these stops you're not relying on the hydraulics to hold the weight. But it never hurts to add another factor of safety by still using jack stands just in case.
FYI - I just saw on quickjack.com they're having a one day sale on 02/22/22 for 22% off. Gives me 2 days to figure out if I can afford it. Very tempting.

Good find. Does the longer version work on the C6 (5000tlx) or is the regular length recommended (5000tl)?
See my post #14 above. I have the 7000 and it barely works for the C6. So I'd think any of the 5000 models would work. The QJ website shows the spread dimensions min - max. Check the dimension for the 5000 tlx and measure between your jack puck points to confirm it'll work for you.
Received my 5000TL a couple of days ago from Costco and finally set them up. The set up was easy no leaks works great. Great height for alot of different jobs. Glad I bought them.
