Default Aviaid Baffle install

Does anyone have a good set of instuctions for the Aviaid Baffle install on a 07 C6Z? Pictures would be even better. I have the LPE tank in place do I need to pull the tank of just the top?

thanks in advance

Try this.. Never heard of them or this.. After I googled it, I see they are (or where) located a couple doors down from my office.. Who'd a thunk it.

You will need to pull the tank.

Oil pan insert.

Stock windage tray modified to fit.

I assume you mean the Tank baffles? If so, Yes you should pull the tank. Trying to do it from the top will take you longer than pulling the tank. JD

Danbo, did you get what you need? I installed the Aviaid dry sump tank baffle in a 2009 tank for my 07 Z. I can walk you thru it.

Yes, you will need to pull the tank out to get to all of the screws. Here is a photo from when I did mine. The instructions from Aviaid on installing the baffle in the tank is pretty good;

Dreamin did a great write-up on installing the tank;

Derek,

I installed all of those parts when I had the new engine put in my car last month. Also, the Katech hi-flow ported and blueprinted oil pump.

just confirmed with John from Aviaid that the stock windage tray is not necessary on the ls7 pan install

I didn't put the stock windage tray in, but all of the Aviaid sheet metal parts and the tank insert.
