Other than the 3 people with no front plate, you all have a legitimate complaint. I did not hear you say what the probable cause was for the stop. Without a probable cause, (observable violation) law enforcement can not pull you over for driving your legally registered vehicle just to check you out.
I think that everyone that was involved and not in violation should file a complaint for no prob cause and it wasn't a road check point. The ret. LEOs should be pissed the most!
