Edelbrock E-Force?
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
Any other questions?
An installer but can't yet tell us if the oil cooler on the stock Z-51 package will interfere or not after posing the question 2 days ago? I'm beginning to think the lack of an answer is an obvious answer. Nothing directed toward the vendor but I can't understand being certified by Edelbrock as an installer but don't know if the cooler will be a problem.

The fact is that this is a brand-new system and at this point I don't think ANY shops have done their own install. On top of that, I have been told that Edelbrock only has 1 or 2 C6 test vehicles, so there is still a lot of uncharted territory with this system. As these things start getting installed, the information will come out.

A&A corvette is not a certified reseller of Edelbrock E-Force.
A&A corvette is not a certified rep of Edelbrock.
A&A corvette is not a certified vendor of Edelbrock.
they are simply a certified installer.
why does that matter?
Edelbrock is selling (via a 3rd party company) for $400-/+ a power train warranty.
however Elderbrock cant sell that warranty to average joe consumer who installs this in there garage over a weekend. There is no security to prevent insurance fraud.
So you have a "certified installer". It simply means that the installer has been around, and seen thousands of vettes. They are trustworthy and will not file a false claim against the 3rd party company.
It also means Andy may have had to pay some big 'kickback' money to Elderbrock to get this "certified" status (in return their name will be put on a list with Elderbrock and hope fully will generate some sales leads).
Just because some one is a certified installer does not mean they are going to know the ins and outs of a product that just shipped this week.
FedAppLawC I identify with your caution (I too want one of these, but ill be dammed if ill be customer number one.) but give these guys a break.
the product just came out!

UPDATE: A call to Edelbrock tech rep at their corporate office says he'll have to call me back in about half hour. I'll update when he does.
