Default PO341 code after engine install

Ive been getting a PO341 code on my 2006 corvette, which was originally a ls2 car.
I had a new motor built for it which is a 413 stroker build using the ls3 block.

The issue ive ran into when i installed the new motor and tryed to fire it up it turned over a few times and eventually started and ran but had that PO341 code.
From what i learned the issue is that i have comp cam timing set part number 3158KT.

I read somewhere that a 2005 corvette is a 1x/24x setup and the 2006+ ls2's were 4x/58x im trying to confirm this from more sources before i figure out if im going to do the work to replace the 1x cam gear with a 4x cam gear or find a shop who would do it for a reasonable price in VA or within a state or so away

is it possible to do a relearn? post #6 ( i have read that smiliar post other places )..

Crank relearn has no bearing on how it runs. Its only a diagnostic feature. Used for detecting misfires.

Here is topic similar to yours, with part numbers to their solution...

Your 2006 C6 uses the 4x cam reluctor gear. If you have a 1x gear from a 05 engine then that is your problem. The 05 cars was the only c6 corvette that used the old 1x cam 24x crank sensor combination, everything since then has the 4x cam and 58x crank combination.
