I am still learning the car, but so far my personal best is 10.3 @136 with a 1.5 60'. That day was roughly 90* out, and a DA of +2700. I still have a lot of room for improvement, but I am getting there.

Default Pushing Boost

Bought a blown Z51 and have it in the shop getting rebuilt as well as forging all the internals. Looking for suggestions on how to keep power and have faith in the engine not blowing. I know meth isn't the desired path and i do plan on switching the fuel system. There just isnt E85 anywhere close to where i live. Thinkin about 15% alcohol in meth pump, on pump gas for the cooling factor or running 50/50 mix with a tuned failsafe to bump back down the octane if anything fails.

P1sc 4in Pulley / 15lbs boost / 700RWHP / LS3 / 40,000m / 43,000 (rebuilt) / Internals were stock from previous owner / 93 w/ meth injection / M6 / street car.

Dyno has 700whp and 635 torque

- Com Cams -223/240 .610lift at 112 LSA high lift spring
- P1sc Procharger 4in pulley
- Act twin disk street clutch 875hp rating
- Lg Long tube headers and x pipe
- Billy boat fusion exhaust
- Dallas performance big mouth intake
- Z06 oil cooler
- Dewwits radiator w dual spal fans
- Alky control dual nozzle meth kit
- MSD boosta pump
- 65# injector
- Forged Crank, Pistons, rods
- MGW short Throw
- Pfadt poly bushings.

Interested on how you managed to get over 800whp. Im guessing the head work you did allowed for this. Im sitting at 700whp and had the internals fail (from the previous owner not forging them) What would you change for power plus reliability on my mod list below if you dont mind.

Did you have you tuner install a failsafe for the meth injection? My tuner is worried about the pump failing or debri in the nozzle and i wanted to see what options i had for failsafe's like intake temp rises due to pump failure and the ecu cuts from 105octane back top ump gas.
