Default TI Update thread...??

Anyone at the TI races care to share any details/outcomes from any of the races from this weekend?

I'm sure the UGR, AMS crews probably won all of the finals but, what about the Vette on Vette races?? How did the Lethal crew do?

Any info, pics, vids are appreciated by those of us who didn't get to go...

Yeah I heard Mullet won the 6spd challenge, AMS was a given for KOS.....

What about all of the Vette guys? I know we had a hand full of members I thought would be going.. Grudge matches..?

Whitelightning, Czar-Bill Winters, JM and the Lethal guys, Ty, Sdunn, Inspector12, probably 5 or 6 more I am forgetting...... Any details from these guys?

Sounds like it man... Anytime you get to haul *** and compete and come home with the car still running is an awesome weekend...

Any other blower cars running this weekend? I'm sure Tony had the Blower/spray Viper out there...(if its not TT already)..

You're right, not too many rep'n blowers these days... Atleast not at events where 1000rwhp doesn't even get you in the gate...

I'm with you though, I'm stuck with what I've got...

Username Joe? I didn't know he had his running again already... Spray on top of the blower might be the "budget" ticket to go with it but... I'm always worried about hurting it with extra crap to worry about..

Sux that Bill W. popped a head gasket it too...hopefully that's all it is..

Any of the RSI TT Vipers out there? Hollywood?

No it wasn't User name Joe! It was another Lethal car it ran real well and went home in one piece after lifting a head on the spray. I forgot what his last name is, hell he maynot have told me lol! But Feldman finally got some decent passes in for sure after working out some bugs with blower intake filter setup. The two TT Lethal corvettes showed som amazing potiential, but were plaiged with problems. Looking forward to when they get them dialed in a little more. 184 is impressive for sure.

Yeah I know that blue C5Z, I met them at Tx2k with Ty, he has Ty's old Novi kit... That car runs strong too... Sux it broke...

Maybe the spray on top of the blower isn't a great idea if everyone is popping head gaskets on it.

Jeff, did you run?

I hope some vids and pics pop up this week...

That blue C5Z ran it's nuts off pretty consistently. Winters blew a head gasket on his second pass. White_Lightning ran hard all weekend.

It seemed like a lot of the Vettes were having issues. That silver top mount TT one didn't seem to get any clean passes and was constantly breaking up and burping out smoke. I assume it was a pretty fresh build.

I wish my car had been down there. Oh well.

Joe is "C5Z 8 U" on the forum. He went a best of 169.xx I believe on the bottle, and 158.xx off.

My best index was 163.8. I was plagued with vipers all weekend...

It was nice to meet a few of you.

LOL Jeff! Daniel Castillo is my full name but Danny and the crew call me "Castillo." Don't know if you were referring to me or Joe (C5Z 8U). Glad that Feldman and C5Z 8U (Joe) cars ran healthy enough to leave running!

Depending on when you hit it distance is ~1650 give or take depending on how quickly you and the driver next to you sync.

i was running consistant 171.x's with a best of a 173.34 VS a blown/sprayed viper.

car is a 08 z51 coupe with z0 rears. 427 lsx with an f1x.
Best dyno was 1324 rwhp.. i was at about 1260 (3* backed out) since it was my firs time running the combo.
I drove the car there.. Beat the CRAP out of it for 2 days.. and drove it home..

I was Very happy with the build and my shop.. My builder was out there ready to help with what ever i needed.... Ti was an awesome event.. it was good to see more vettes there

Amazing setup and 1260rwhp with f1x!!! great reliable combo,,, how was the traction with you? do you feel you can get better trap speed if you hook better or that's all it can do with this power level?

(those who trapped 190+mph are f**** crazy power)
