I'll be too busy fixing asses. Just visit a few surgeons help train them on how to make girls butts look good.
In that case I will just come help/observe you? But all seriousness hopefully we will get it done in the next 10 days or so. I'm pretty excited. I have had the car for about 4 months I guess and had the turbo kit sitting in my garage for about 3 1/2 months.
I think the tranny is just stiff on the shaft. Need a few guys to wrestle it off. I'm sitting there yanking on it and everything just wants to move. Its never been apart before.
Got a 4 day weekend next weekend. Hopefully I can get it all back together then.
That sucks. I haven't pulled one off since my C5 days though, so I'm no help on that one. I don't recall having any issues getting it off but it's been like a decade since I've taken one out and I can barely remember yesterday
shoot man, wish I was closer to lend you a hand. I bet if you can wiggle it now, with two guys it'll come apart pretty easy.
not to derail the thread but you said your previous transmission was a t56 right and now you're upgrading to the tr6060 right?
also, curious what rear tires you are running at the track, pretty impressive how well you're gnarly 1,100whp car hooks up. my 865whp setup spins my 19" nt05r tires set at 25psi at 100mph on the street and it's pretty sketchy so time for me to upgrade my rear tire and your car works very well so i'll probably just get whatever rear tire you are running.
thanks. will be interesting to hear your feedback on the tr6060 vs. the t56. I just blew my bankroll on my motor so going to slap some good tires on my 17" rims for now but certainly planning on a 15" setup in the future at some point.
I've heard the tr6060 transmission shift much much more smoothly between gears. I love my RPM stage5 t56 with MGW shifter but you can certainly feel a slight notch between the gears. That's awesome your stock t56 held 1,100whp pulls through 5th gear countless times on what are essentially drag slicks.

Tranny fluid was clean and bright red, just like when it went in. Amsoil torque drive FTW.
I thought one of the studs for the ECS brace was just a threw stud, but it was theaded into the tranny, so once I popped that out, slid right apart. Was in Houston this morning, 3 hour flight, early lunch then popped it apart. Got old tranny in 2nd garage resting with the new one, and need to go pick up parts. Got 4 days off Fri-Monday so hopefully I can have it running by Monday so I can start trouble shooting and tuning.
Don't joke about that. My cousin died at 31 from colon cancer, and my uncle had 10" of his colon taken out last week from colon cancer. My cousins dying words were "If you are ever bleeding out of your *** and don't know why, go see a doctor. Don't be too embarassed".
Not happy at all with Fore right now. The new fuel pump hanger doesn't work worth a ****. waiting on them to call me back. There is no way what they sent me will work. Looks like they messed up the maching or something.
