That I don't know. Could you just command same timing, basically disable or nerf the IAT tables and make same power? Maybe.

If so, why?

Spraying meth does of course lower intake temps.

And add fuel.

Which all leads us to a tuning strategy. I.e. how to deal with E85 and meth injection in various situations.
There is only one table to adjust timing based on IAT, so it doesn't change based on E content. Whether that means it should or COULD be different or not is anyone's guess. My guess is if GM designed a E85 specific IAT timing table they would make it much less intrusive that the one they include from the factory

But I'm not GM so who knows

It has the same on E85, just use the E98 for when I am really beating on it and spraying all the nitrous. Timing is pulled for the nitrous though. Think 3-4* per 100hp can't remember. Sometimes tuning to MBT isn't always the best way to go though, for example when you are really pushing the stock bottom end stuff.
This is super interesting. I did not realize E85 was quite THAT good. good information.

It is of course another variable, but if you don't trust meth kit, why did you install it anyway?

So all in all; it depends what fuel injectors you have now. And how reliable you want to have your particular combination. I myself do not trust meth systems, unless tested and serviced each spring.

ID1300X with a FORE fuel system.

I run meth and e85. Meth is there as a safety factor and for cooling intake temps.

I love meth and e85. Run both and it's great.
