I did a search, but couldn't find anything in the forum. Are there any aftermarket shifters available for the C6 as of now? I have the HURST in my FRC,...and love it,....is there something compairable to that?

Thanks everyone, in advance.

I went with the B&M. It's the same part number as the C6.

Yes, I have had both the B&M ripper and the Hurst. Both make a HUGE difference. I prefer the Hurst because it is more aggressive than the B&M but, most here prefer the B&M.
Thanks guys. In my FRC,..I have a hurst, which I love the feel of. I did try the B&M in C5's, and honectly didn't like it as much as the hurst, as far as feel goes. Length too I belive but, I honectly don't remember that part, since its been so long.
So, as it seems, the B&M is the only unit available for the C6?
Hurst in the C6 is awesome. B&M not gated to my liking. Tried them both and Hurst won. Everyone who has driven the car says the Shifter is fantastic and most thought it was stock. Used the meduim springs....they make it just right after a thousand shifts.

ANY aftermarket short throw shifter that will fit a C5 will ALSO fit a C6. I just installed a C6 Z06 shifter into my C5 Z06. There is absolutely no difference in the mounts or the connections. Choose whichever shifter you prefer and install it.
