HP Tuners or EFI Live?
Which is the most popular in the field and which has the better factory support?
Are they pretty much the same in regards to tuning capability, features and ease of use, so it really doesn't matter which one to use?
What if any, are the differences?

Terminology;
PCM = Powertrain Control Module (Engine and transmission).
ECM = Engine Control Module (engine only, a seperate module for transmission).
Then, just to add to the confusion the Helms manual uses both terms! But there are other mistakes in the Helms manual also.
