Would I have actually publicly asked Redgar what the DA was in MY OWN thread, well knowing that the air was good and it could potentially detract from my accomplishments on these boards, if I was curiously trying to hide something? No, I didn't come right out and say that the DA was relatively low or that track prep was good. But I also didn't blatantly state that my car has only 700 miles on it (it WILL get faster with more miles) or that there were cross and even headwind gusts of up to 25mph either, both of which would HELP my claims. That track prep by the way meant little to NOTHING for my car was bogging horribly on launch, I should've run higher pressures in the rears and/or done less of a burnout, then maybe I would've been able to utilize some of that better traction that was available to me and it would've then also been more of a factor in this discussion.

Until then, show me the proof of a quicker/faster factory bone stock automatic Corvette (I do still believe that an L-88 or ZL-1 automatic might actually be quicker even on the crappy bias plies they came with) otherwise I still have to stand by my trivial and meaningless claims. 
And as I've joked about previously, I do know that I have the fastest bone stock Velocity Yellow/black interior/comp grey wheeled automatic Corvette in Union County on a Wednesday, NO ONE can take that away from me.

yes I am. I believe different settings are at the programmers discretion and are probably set within a plus or minus setting within a specific setting.now saying that there is no reason for a stronger rear in a 06 c6 over 05 c6 unless more torque management was taken out for better 0 to 60 times. I have ran my car very hard no rear problems

I have a new personal best, please replace my old time! Stock Z51 1SB MN6, 8600 miles, stock runflats.
This was at Orlando Speedworld tonight. According to the corresponding METARs for Orlando airport, the DA was +243ft at the time I raced:
12.795 @ 112.17 mph
Also got a new best trap of 112.52 mph, although that was with a slower ET of 12.881 since I screwed up the 60' time. Anyhow, I've no doubt the car has 12.6's and possibly 12.5's once I get better, with the current DA conditions. I'd be interested in seeing what she could do at a better location with negative DA.

I set a new best at E-town today. Bone stock A6 12.703et at 112.43mph. The car felt strong, I tried to leave off idle and only managed a 1.996 60' , I usually hold the rmps up to 1500 and get 1.95 60' consistently. On my next two passes I left at 1500 and managed to get back to 1.95 60' but the car was hot and I could only get 12.72 and 12.74. at 111.8.
