i don't know, i didn't say anything, just pointing out the facts. and what i would do to prove it, with an empty tank of gas, light weight battery skinnies seats out with a race seat -negative da, tommy would probably believe it, and that would be a stretch without a ported fast, that still doesn't say anyone is a liar, it could be a miracle, an act of GOD. timing error, or a forgotten mod.

Well the date on the slip is wrong I did make the passes on the 3/10/12! That was saturday and the date Zmax was open for TnT! I think this year being a leap year threw off the date on the slip with the extra day in February! Also I have a FS thread for this car that was constantly updated and bumped ttt just before these passes were made! If there were any secret or special mods what so ever dont you guys think I would have mentioned it in the thread! Not sure what the big deal is and yes I do have a few slips from previous days at a local 1/8 track showing numerous 7.23-7.25 runs at 96+ and I have another slip from the same day at Zmax showing a 11.30@122.1. I will post these shortly! Maybe it is a miracle or I just have a freakishly strong car Ive seen it before! BTW in the past I have always been known for shifting extremely fast! Maybe that is part of it! There are also a couple members on here that were at the track the day these passes were made and saw under my hood! All the details are included about the car/pass in my original post and the only part that wasnt on the car was the driver side fuel rail cover ( i removed it to drain some fuel so I wouldnt run with a full tank and forgot to reinstall it)! Not sure what the weight of my car is/was but it is as base of a base model as it gets....no heated seats no nav no HUD nothing!

Here is a shifting vid from my C5.....guys you are welcome to bring ur cars to the track and let me drive em!!!! J/K

My 11.21 pass was also the first pass of the day with a small cool down from the drive after that the staging lanes were full and the car would get heat soaked pulling it up in the staging lanes!

next fastest pass of the day:

Joe, as a sidenote, my track uses the same software as Shoaf. I don't have STARTRAK on the bottom of my slips, but instead, COMPULINK so perhaps they're correct in not having the ability to show 60ft times.

My slip also has the wrong date. It says 4/2 when I was there Sunday 4/1.

that's exactly how these maters get resolved, whenever the date is wrong let the list keeper or forum know maybe get a track official to sign it, after all tommy is trying his best to keep the list the best accurate times, now convince tommy somehow, just go do it again with the right date and forum witnesses and go even faster

I strongly disagree with this.

Just because there was an error in the timeslip date, he should have to go back to the track and rerun with people babysitting to ensure his integrity? What in the bloody hell is that about? I understand the need for scrutiny but that is just ludicrous in my opinion.

Geesh, my track never has the hour correct on my timeslips as they do not adjust for daylight savings time but that doesn't automatically make me a liar and I'll be damned if anyone suggests otherwise.

hey i dont have any thing to do with it, im just trying to come up with a solution, why is everyone so upset with the liar word or claiming someone is calling them a liar, the fact is the video sounds like a great driver, the time the mph are all great for those mods, there are guys that never made it on the list in c6 z06 c5 lists that i thought should be in it, but experts said no, and also i have went back to the track and ran faster every time, even two years apart and ran very close within .001 and we are talking a different date not time. calm down and see how it works out and either day the da was around + 200 at the track surface and location i guarantee it was higher

I would love to go back to the track to back this up and I would have certainly waited to start my turbo kit install if I knew this was going to happen! I will cranking my car up this weekend with the turbo kit on it so no bolt on anymore! Also this is why I kept my bolt on mods to a minimum because I had every intention of going F/I ever since I bought this car!

Well wadda you know, thats the very day and track I ran and got my times on. I can tell you I did see at least 2 Vettes that were running low 11's. It was a cool day-like 55 degrees or close to it and they were spraying the track like crazy so I'm sure this was a legit slip. I had a blast that day, it was fun.

You sure can't argue those consistant ~1.6 60' times. I don't care if you catch a red one, that's some great launches right there.

It ran 6.75@just under 100 in the eighth!
BTW the DA was 1500to1600 all night when I ran temp was 62-65 on those runs too

10. 445/427whp
11. launched at 3440
12. Typed in the post (as some time slips get deleted & etc after being posted)
___ Name of the Track- Lucas oil raceway (IRP)
___ DA was 1500 4-4-12 (timeslip says 4-5-12 Leap year)
___ 60'.............1.421
___ 330'...........4.289
___ 660'...........6.753
___ 660’ mph....99.98
___ 1000'.........8.875
___ 1320'.........10.683
___ 1320’ mph…123.23

I removed my cats about 2 weeks ago.. first run was 10.81 then 10.83. I tried a few more tuning tricks and it kept running low 10.8s no matter what tuning changes I made. I had a hunch about the vararam filter being restrictive. I pulled it out and the next run was 10.74... I made no changes and ran again and it went 10.74. I made a slight shift rpm change and it ran 10.730.. then I made a afr change and I got the 10.68.

Great run Stanger. Don't you scan car when you make a pass? What was your MAP setting with the filter installed?

it was 95-96 on the 10.81 run and 96-97 on the 10.68 run
notice hoe the AFR doesn't go as rich on the 10.68 run than it does on every other log I have. I wonder if the stock intake manifold is really hurting me now. I also have the stock MAF (i dont remember if it has a screen in it stock) and I have the stock accordion coupler as well.
