That sucks. another guy posted up not to long about his navi interfearing with his fob. Do you have any additional appliances in your car that could cause this. maybe you need a new fob or the unit in the car that detects it.
dont have a navigation system either factory or hand held.
When happened sometimes didnt even have my cell phone with
me. Since its been so intermittent, hard to take to the dealer.
Questioned two dealers, both are clueless. Like said that time
it did at the dealer, we just kept walking around and
finally worked.
That is the one feature not at all crazy about on the C6. If
they would go back to a key both in door and starter. Would
trade this one in a heartbeat.
I dont know what has been done. Vettes been in the shop so much.
When the FOB acted up for the service tech, was in for a fluid
problem in the rear axle. Had the car for several days. When
picked it up, no service ticket was written. They may have looked
into the problem while replacing the trunk lid but again no service
ticket.

did the dealer replace the RCDLR module? It may be defective. The fob sends signals to it to lock and unlock as well as receive tire pressure reading from your monitors.
Does this happen when the car is in one particular place? We have a spot here in town where there are several Pager and Cellphone towers near the mall and several cars have problems. The FOB is a 300 +/- Mhz device and might be experiencing interference. When they tow the car to the shop it works normally.
Just a thought.
