LS3 Exhaust Odor
Need some help... I Now have 2000 miles on my 2008 C6 LS3 Vert...have complained to the dealership that it still has a "rotten egg" odor from the exhaust...particularly when I run it fairly hard. No codes...the dealership can't find anything wrong...but my wife is really tired of me making jokes about farts... So the dealership says everything is fine...I've read several threads regarding high sulfur 93 plus gas...I've switched stations several times...asked about their suppliers (ie: sulfer and ethenol content...) but top up or top down...this brand new car stinks...
Having had 6 Vettes...I'm thinking the car has either a screwed-up cat system (not likely) or...it's running way rich...
Anybody got an idea...I would really appreciate the help!

Winter fuel formulations. more Sulfur and 10% etoh.
Not much you can do about it except change stations and brands Might help
and yes vettes with stock tunes tend to run rich. Get your vette tuned and that will help some.
