Hi
I was told that you can put a Z06 stock fuel pump in you C6 with a LS3 to run larger injectors. Has any one else heard of this. If so what is the part number of the ZO6 pump that can be used on a 2009 C6 with a LS3.
Also would this be better than a boost a pump? Or would the ZO6 pump last longer with a boost a pump than a stock C6 pump would?
Thanks
I've done it. You can replace the whole driver's side bucket including the pump/pickup/sock/level sensor with the Zo6 assembly.
The Zo6 pump does have slightly higher capacity than the base (LS3) pump. I decided to run the pump swap instead of using the APS supplied MSD fuel pump voltage booster with my turbo install. So far, the Zo6 pump was able to supply full pressure at ~600rw without going to a boost-a-pump.

Greg;
I've heard that the '07 C6s were upgraded to the Z06 fuel pump and clutch. Do you have any knowledge of this? Reason I ask is that I would like to get away from the Boost-a-pump if possible while avoiding as much financial pain as possible.
I don't think that the clutch is because mine is very week. It is a fiber clutch and I can't see why a fiber clutch would be used on a performance car. The clutch in my 2009 C6 is for grandma's Who don't drive agressive.

No fuel pump upgrade, but the LS7 clutches were used from 2006 LS2 C6s and up to current cars with the exception of the ZR1.
