My Blown 2008 C6 Diffrential!

I just picked up my car with the new z06 tranny and diff installed.
I have some of DTCs codes for 1-4 skip shifts which i removed them by HPtuner.
the tranny is feeling ok from 1st gear till the 5th gear
the 6th is little bit difficult to shift to
and the real issue with the reverse!! It's almost impossible to me to shift to revers!
I must try to get it into first, somtimes into 3rd, then get it to reverse and it will accept that hardley and harshly after several tries.
the fluid is refreshed, thew new tranny is almost have 4k miles and it was never been operated for almost a year (since that z had accident and stayed on junkyards for so long)
I doubte the MGW shifter is cousing the problem but I checked the website and it seems their shifter is compatable with c6 and the z also.
any thoughts about this issue?
cannot wait to test the new gears with the max speed it will reach, I think the 1st will reach now 90KM...
