George I never said your shifter sucked or anything bad about it. I have only and I repeat ONLY said my complaint was that you did not warn me of the problem. You had my shipping address. All that was needed was a postcard- not even an envelope- to warn me of a possible problem. You say that you did contact some and that they said they would have rather not been told. Well sir that is their choice, not mine.
George you stated yourself that it was "to inconveint and costly" to warn customers. I didn't make this up, you wrote it. If you don't like your choice of words then that is your fault for being to honest.
Customer sevice is BS in this country anymore. People just like on here think that selling a good product or replacing it when it breaks is great service these days. I already paid you for the right to have it replaced when it broke, so don't tell me that is your great customer service.
I have a small cylinder head modification shop that I port heads for racing. If I found out that a supplier of mine had a run of bad parts then it is my duty to warn my customers before any damage ocurrs.
Not doing so puts my reputation and customer relations at risk. You chose this path, your choice. You chose to have a possible mad customer then to spend the time to warn me or others.
For all you others who have had a great experience with George I am happy for you I wish I could say the same. I take personal responsibility very seriously and George failed me in this reguard...
I let this go months ago it is the Lawdog who chose to bring this back.
