I run the B&B headers personally but would go Pfadt if they had been available at the time.
Thanks for the love lt1z, we appreciate it. We are slated for an April 1st ship date on the early 2005-2008 C6 LS2/3 TRI-Y Header systems.
We know it is a lot to ask people to wait for them, but the response we have gotten for our LS7/LS9 and 2009+ LS3 systems is overwhelming!
we feel we have the best package available with features that can not be beat for the price. Not only is our header package a Tri-Y design, which will give you more usable torque under the curve, we also have added many things to make installation a breeze and provide a durable LEAK FREE operation for years.

Check out this dyno comparison done on a stock LS3:
This was a before/after with Pfadt Tri-Y headers and a tune. Comparing to traditional 4-into-1 designs, we have optimized our tube diameters, lengths and merging sections to create more usable power in everyday driving without sacrificing anything to peak power numbers.
We have made every effort to listen to the consumers troubles with existing header options and supply solutions in our kit. So exhaust leak concerns are gone with the Pfadt kit. O2 Sensor wiring being too close to the exhaust: gone. Header flanges hard to align to the factory locators problem: gone. Not an extra bung for wideband O2 problem: problem gone. Bad welding causing fitment problems: never going to be an issue with Pfadt.
Contact SUPERMAN09 and see what he can do for you with XS Power headers. Ive installed them on several cars and all were very happy with fit, finish and most importantly PERFORMANCE!
Damn...the welding and craftsmanship on the PHADT tri-y's are awesome! I've been trying to resist modding my '07 and just leave well-enough alone. But now that I've seen this....
Thanks for posting this thread. I'm also in the market for headers, x-pipe, intake. Presently, I'm considering the Kooks long tube headers, and Halltech Beehive intake.

We aim to please! Yeah you can say we raised the bar just a little on what people should expect from a Corvette header system.
Look at the dyno numbers - then look at the quality construction - then buy the new top player in the header bizzzzzz PFADT. These guys have brought back the old school designs with modern day mfg. I hope to have mine on by April 4th or 5th!
Any updates here? Looking to purchase headers soon!
I just had my 1 7/8 longtubes from hinsonmotorsports installed Friday. Went with the z06 package as they don't yet make a 2011+ kit plus it comes with a 3" X rather than 2.5". Had no problems and fitment was great. Running the headers, no cats, and factory 2.5 Npp. It truly sounds amazing/angry and being able to still be camry quiet when I want is great.
