I would think if you have good valve springs and you rebuild the rockers since you have 60,000+ miles you can go to 7000 with no problem , mine is set at 7000 or 7100 i forget but it goes up as the trans gets hotter but my limiter is set at 7200 sometimes it hits the limiter then shifts, so far hasn't blown a lot of passes , i'm sure its pushing my luck

thats why i would never go 2"..our cars on the street are rarely under boost and with lower comp i would think big headers kill it...i may try kooks 1 7/8 but if i hate them and dont make any more power up top under boost i will put the LGs right back on
