Soler Prf. Throttle Controllers for C6 available now
Hello folks, we have been very successful with the LT1/LT4/LT5 engines (many reviews here) and want to extend that to the LS3/LS7/LS9. We are happy to announce that our throttle controllers are now available for the C6 (2006-2013).
Please explain why this is only available for the 09-13 yet the Vitesee works with 06-13. Thanks.
Being tested right now by members, if everything goes well, they'll be out in a week or two. We decided to separate the tests into two groups 2005-2008 and 2009-2013 due to the known small differences.
Just ordered for my 2008 A6 vert. Can't wait to feel the difference in throttle response. I added a pedal commander to my 16 F150 and it made a huge difference.

Woke up early to install the throttle controller. Just a heads up that the directions provided are not for 2008 C6. I you-tubed and found a video explaining how to install.
Quick directions: Push seat all the way back and tilt up steering wheel. Not much room under there. Remove the plastic cover that is held on by 3 plastic clips. Use a 13mm and take off the 2 bolts holding the gas pedal. The top one is somewhat hidden. That allows you to remove the clip and connection. Then just clip in the throttle controller. Put the gas pedal back on, run your wire and follow the setup directions.
I haven't had a chance to drive with it, but will as soon as this lousy rain stops.
The packaging was top notch, and it arrived very quickly. Can't wait to see the increased throttle response.

You can not increase throttle response tables using HP Tuners starting with the Gen IV cars. Anything more than 3 or 4% increase to the factory throttle calibration will set "Reduced Power". So to answer your question, I'm sure this product will work well with a car that also has a custom ECM calibration.
I had been running mine on SP 4. Earlier today, while popping around a soccer mom in a tahoe that was blocking my view, I puckered up for a second. Checked the controller. Yeah, somehow I got on LU 5. Money and time well spent.
I put one on my 06 Vert with LS2. Huge difference in throttle response even in the Comfort Mode. I leave mine set at CF5 for normal driving and it feels great.
I haven't stuck mine yet. I just tucked the wire under the center console and then threw it in the ashtray along with the M2M remote. One of these days, I'll mount them both somewhere.
What would this do for a Centri equipped A6 car? With the Vortech it would be nice to have a better bottom end till it spools up.
It controls the relationship between pedal input and throttle opening. You have 37 choices of those, they will feel great regardless of setup. I think you may benefit also from our throttle bodies, we Modify both the silver blade C6 2005-2008 and the gold blade C6 2009-2013. We took them from 90mm to 95mm at WOT, in between they are shaped so your manifold pressurizes quicker for a better bottom end.
