I had a bad harmonic balancer on my 05, you can visibly see the wobble, and I had a slight consistent chirp as shown in the clip (my video attached below), as you can visually see the belt getting closer and further away from the edges of pulleys and the wobble, if the balancer looks like its visually wobbly replace it but from the video you sent you are moving too much to visually see, go to the passenger side and hold the video very still, or a dealership has a laser device that can check all of your pulleys are aligned
Thats the most solid looking harmonic balancer on a LS motor I've ever seen. I'd relieve the pressure on the serpentine belt and check the idler pulley for free spinning without squeaks. If my harmonic balancer looked that good, I'd quit looking at it.
I just got the car back from the shop and I had them do a diagnostic on all of the belts and pulleys and they said that everything looked good and the the chirping was from moisture on the belt.
